Since its establishment, the company Sans Souci Tech, sro has been operating mainly in the field of development and mediation of technologies for surface treatment of materials, especially glass, focuses on supporting the development and sale of products that are unique on the market and are intended for demanding customers of the final product.

Unique production equipment for large formats

Large formats (unique dimensions). Thanks to this investment, the company is able to implement unique projects focused on furnishing interiors with exclusive tiles and lighting. Thanks to the project, the company increased its competitiveness and position on the market and, on an international scale, also the tradition of Czech glassmaking.

Small formats for R&D (these devices are also used for R&D activities of the company, in the application of various types of nanolayers or their combinations, especially on glass and metal but also other materials and products from these materials, in architecture, design and other areas)

Sample preparation equipment for vacuum coating

It is a system of two modules for sample preparation for coating, the first module consists of a system for ultrasonic washing, with a system of several washing and rinsing baths. The second model consists of a drying and storage oven.

Laboratory equipment for 2D coordinate coating

Research equipment consisting of several modules for individual vacuum plating operations. The device develops specific thin layers, from which it consists of multilayers on the flat surfaces of the samples. Another function is the possibility of moving the dedusting magnetrons in the X and Y axis, which eliminates the need to mask the sample.

Plating laboratory equipment for 3D coordinate coating

Development and research technology for vacuum plating operations. The benefit lies in the possibility of coating complex 3D shapes of samples without the necessary masking. The device has several robotic arms capable of applying the sample in all 3 axes, point magnetrons for coating the sample are placed on the other arms. It is thus possible to develop new coatings and methods for coating samples without masking techniques, which are necessary for these types of plating today.

Universal vacuum device for magnetron deposition of thin films

Since 2020, SANS SOUCI has had another device for the application of thin films. The vacuum device is used for magnetron sputtering and evaporation in the form of plasma polymerization (PECVD)

The device is equipped with 5 magnetrons, a great advantage is the combination of the operation of 4 different magnetrons in one process, magnetrons can be positioned to set the dedusting angles, both for unipolar and bipolar dedusting. The fifth magnetron is on a movable arm and allows the application of nanolayers into the cavities of the substrate.

The ability to sputter from one or up to four different materials at once offers many possibilities for testing.

Other equipment of the device includes a reflector with 8 halogen emitters, which is used to heat the substrate or part of it to a given temperature.

The device is equipped with a system for the formation of a polymer layer in the plasma, which allows you to adjust the evaporation value of the polymer and thus affect the dosing density.
